erm.friday!was OK!but it should ended up in a better way!
I OVERSTRETCHED my HAMSTRING!ONLY GOD KNOW HOW PAINFUL IT WAS!

ok.so we ended up like doing hundred pumps on that day.and 50 situps i guess!OMG
THEN HAD to do some jogging.and by the time.my leg was like IN PAIN!
