just now had skool silat training O.O
it wasnt tiring but i really wasnt in the mood to train.
furthermore su didnt come.supposedly but she had hal.
the only person was nadia..
basically i felt dismantled.haha.wth.
yeah.everything seems difficult.i think thats the 3rd silat training since attchmt starts.
hmm.gotta maintain certain skills.
and my weight is dropping like somehow it reached below 90.
but it went up and down.i'll try to maintain and if can lose again.hehe.

ouh yeah.attchmt is like 5 days to dooms~
alot of things happen.and unexpected event took a turn.
one of my pt died.it was totally unexpected.she was totally fine.
but she was a nice woman.R.I.P.
though she passed.i didnt get to do last office.i have 2 more skills-.-

today marks erm ALONG's 28th birthday!
at 28 she gonna be a mum.like my mum?haha
well.along has been a nicenicenicenice sister.
i wonder if i dont have an elder sis.it wouldnt be life.
i like i get to be pampered at times.msg her like no one's business.
making fun of mum.like theres no tomorrow.
she is totally loved.and yess if she dont msg me i will miss her lah.
we've been thru alot.and im greatful when sometimes i need someone.she is there.
